I'm sure you'll work the beginning of the link out.0

I can see on the nhs profile website the "role" is listed as band 3-5 and hasn't been reviewed since 2004 ?!arctic_ghost said:Workload doesn't factor into it. I'll try and have a look at the role and if there is a similar profile to match a higher band (likely be later this evening).
The title is not even the same anymore! 😆0 -
Within this context job titles are meaningless.
Has your unite steward got direct experience of matching panels, what are their thoughts on the situation?
Put you attn on getting sight of the matched job reports, thats where your evidence is likely to be found.0 -
Are matched job reports done at trust level? Bu job matching I assume you mean job evaluation as I see these used to describe the same thing ?arctic_ghost said:Within this context job titles are meaningless.

Try and find out which trade union leads on the staff side for matching panels and make contact with one of them (there is a chance its not a unite steward) over a coffee and discus your concern and ask how to progress for best chance outcome.1 -
Would the other places be convenient to work?
Moving may be one easy way to get the higher band.
