I did an online transfer or avios to nectar on the 12th of December and am still waiting. The number they have provided is not available. The conversion is no good after Christmas.
Utter shambles. Why can't BA at least be honest and transparent with customers?

There are issues in the other direction too (Nectar to Avios) : mine haven't been converted since August 2021.
