I'm not vaccinated as I have a choice and personally do not like being told what to inject into my body.
My point is that things have changed since buying all my gig tickets so why are they allowed to tell me how it should be now and what I should do to conform.
I'm over 50 but didn't need a flu jab to go to a gig before, I just see it as making up the money lost through Lockdown.
Guess I'm just an awkward old !!!!!!?

Government has just announced tonight you need double vaccination or proof of negative test to enter venues.
Just do a lateral flow test no more than 48 hours before the event, report it and get the pass.
only thing that needs to enter your body for that is a swab up your nose.

For the third, or possibly fourth time, you’re not being asked to inject anything into your body.Markymarc said:I'm not vaccinated as I have a choice and personally do not like being told what to inject into my body.

But that doesnt allow him to make other people go out of their way and cause a fuss about his decision.elsien said:

Well if it was the choice of sticking a cotton bud up my nose for a few seconds or losing the best part of a grand I know what I’d go for.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Nah, got my tin foil hat, that diverts the microchips elsewhere. Just got stop the genetics turning me into a chimpanzee then I’m sorted. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

And so do they, and so do plenty of the rest of us who don't particularly want to mingle with people who haven't taken the trouble to remotely understand the science behind the virus and the vaccines.Markymarc said:I'm not vaccinated as I have a choice and personally do not like being told what to inject into my body.

Be as awkward as you like, but I'm afraid you're going to start to find awkwardness in aspects of life as decent businesses and people weight up the risks of doing business with people choosing not to be vaccinated. If you're not willing to be part of the solution, you're part of the problem.6 -
55 million died in 2019. 5 million isn't even 10% of that.Ergates said:

And that not even taking into account by/with COVID or because of the COVID restrictions elements.
Whilst I appreciated you "wake up sheeple" comment let's not start overblowing it.1
