Concert tickets

I have various concert tickets brought before this covid19 all kicked off.
Most have been postponed but only one cancelled (got a refund) but the rest are delayed.
Now my other half has been vaccinated and has had covid19 but I'm not vaccinated, now a gig coming up this weekend in Wembley I've tried since mid November to get a refund?
I've only just had a reply (convenient) that sales are final. But what I'm trying to point out is the entry policy has changed and I'm not allowed in as I'm NOT vaccinated, now surely this should be reviewed when it comes to a refund because I have no problem going but I'm being discriminated against and losing my money?
I have other tickets that in total amount to nearly £1000 and it looks like I'm going to loose it all......What can I do?
Please can anyone help in this matter.

Can you not get in with a negative test result? What does their entry policy now say?ETA If it’s The SSE arena you don’t have to be vaccinated. See here.

Other places have similar policies. Nothing to stop you from attending unless you actually have Covid. Is this more a change of mind for other reasons? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
You could get vaccinated, unless medically advised not to do so.2

It will need a court to decide if contract law overrules the venues right to be changing the rules after they have taken the OPS money.user1977 said:
Vaccination status is not a protected characteristic (unless perhaps you are linking it to a disability - even then it might be considered reasonable to insist on it).Markymarc said:

As there is no mandate for these rules that the venue has decided to impose after the deal was done then I think the venue should refund0 -
Why should the venue refund if the OP can get in with a negative test result?Jumblebumble said:

OP has not yet confirmed if the venue are insisting on vaccination - I strongly suspect that they are not.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

The covid pass used for events uses vaccination status or negative pcr test results. Either get tested, get vaccinated or resell your tickets.3

The venue could argue it's a public safety issue, which would override any contract - in the same way an airline won't refund your tickets if they refuse to let you board the plan when you turn up to the gate drunk.

The OP has had plenty of time to get vaccinated.1 -
I think the more important question is more whether the date can be changed at all, if it was booked before Covid was an issue (and whether the OP has agreed to that, whether implicitly or not) - I was just pointing out that discrimination isn't a useful angle.Jumblebumble said:

Most tickets for large events are sold with all kinds of terms and conditions attached. Refusing admission to anyone that is considered to be a danger to others, under the influence, improperly dressed, has a ticket that has been resold etc etc.Jumblebumble said:

As you say, only a court can decide whether they have behaved reasonably or not and that will be well after the event!0 -
Is there a medical reason you havent been vaccinated ? I would hope that anyone who can get vaccinated has been if they intend to go to large well populated gigs, I assume its THL gig on saturday5
