Semi-detached house - neighbours roof storm damaged - should I pay?

    You don't have any liability regarding damage to their roof, or cost of repairs - unless there is anything in the deeds to the contrary.

    Great that its sorted nice and friendly - just as an additional question - I know the devil is in the detail, but in general would a typical domestic buildings insurance policy pay for roof repairs caused by a storm?
