Not sure what you're asking - you also need to take a test in the 36 hours before arrival.  If that effectively means taking one on the 25th, make 100% sure you're using a provider who can accommodate both a test and return of results that day....

I can't speak from personal experience but from a quick search online, it looks like the Randox place at Waterloo station has appointments on the 25th for PCR tests with results in 1-3 hours, but no availability at their Heathrow location.

You need to calculate the times more accurately to see where you are at 36 hours before your planned arrival time in Algeria... it may also be worth considering the consequence of the flight being delayed etc if you plan to do it at exactly 36 hours before arrival (our flight got rescheduled last year at the last minute and so our test went from being 1.5 hours inside the window to being about 4.5 hours outside the window by the 6 hour change in timing).

You may also want to check up on the requirements for the certification that Algeria are accepting for PCR tests... for coming into the UK we are accepting English, French and Spanish language certificates but this may be a challenge if you are forced to test in Germany... I suspect most places accept English language but it'd be an assumption if you dont check first.
