Hi, I'm using the free upgrade with Tesco. Will the monthly payment be taken as soon as I order the upgraded phones or is it added to our bill of the 1st. I need to order just before Christmas. Thank you

From memory when I've upgraded, the price change takes place on your next bill, last time i did get the benefit of the data upgrade taking place within 48 hours.1
