    Hi Julicorn,

Number 54 with an overpayment of £180 for March and £150 for April.

We have a baby due in the next couple of weeks and even with buying nearly all of the baby ‘stuff’ second hand, things are getting quite tight 😬. I might need to reduce my overpayments soon, but will carry on for as long as I can.

    Thank you 😊

#71 Checking in with an OP of £150 for May

    Thank you 🙂

  • #89 reporting with my first OP of the year of £1250.

Been slow on this years uptake as was waiting for the remortgage to go through on 1st April (also same date as sold my BTL)  - which it did. Now questioning the wisdom of fixing for 2 years instead of 5, particularly in how interest rates are rising....

Then due to some random computer glitch thinking that there were two of me, despite my having a unique name that I know there is not one other person in the world by that name, I could not see my account details online until this evening.

Feels great to finally to log on and see how todays OP means I could either take 2 months off the term, or reduce my payment by a further £4.26 a month!!! I'm very fortunate of having a good amount of savings behind me and tempting as it is to throw a lot of it at the mortgage, will carry on OP via normal budgeting and chip away at it in a consistent basis.

Great to be back on the board and good luck everyone with your OP journeys.

    :)
