Of course this is not a lost cause.  I was kept waiting at  Currys for over two hours a couple of years ago when I was buying several large appliances on a business account.   I expect ordering a kitchen at Wrns is a long business as well.

Sorry about that, I was feeling rather negative last night as a car hit us on the motorway yesterday. Totally the other driver's fault - driving without due care and attention. We were all okay, just a bit shaken, unlike the car that hit us, that wasn't going anywhere. Our car just has what appears to be cosmetic damage. Just more hassle

Appeal has been submitted, director of company that owns the site has been emailed (albeit indirectly).

Looks to me that the 'max stay 30 mins' ANPR camera signs have been added under the t&cs signs recently.  Looks like an afterthought to address a lack of clarity and prominence.

I would complain to the retailers/agents for the site and ask if those signs were added after complaints, and if so, when.  And are they minded to step in and tell ex-clampers PCM to cancel, given they were on Watchdog Rogue Traders admitting they 'make it up most of the time' re appeals.

Say how intimidated this makes families feel and likely never to return.

Very good news!  Can you add which car park and who to contact?  It will help others.

St. Michael's Retail Park, Basingstoke. Landowner is Area Estates.

There's a small area of about 20 parking spaces in the 30-minute wait area that are covered by ANPR.

The agents of the site haven't responded to my email, nor did my MP. My MP is usually quite proactive so that was a little disappointing.

The restaurant didn't care either, I received a reply stating that they couldn't help.
