Scratched Laptop Touch screen

Anyone able to help how I can repair scratch on laptop screen

    Aaaah Neil you made me remember a similar problem a friend had, she sent me a screenshot and said it doesn't show up very well... No I meant a photo e.g. on your phone/camera.

  • How did you manage to scratch it?

    I didn’t one of the grandsons borrowed for homework think he became carried away testing the touch screen and scratched it will his nail. It is a thin scratch line

    Has it got a surface protector on the screen? These are easier to damage than the screen but also easier to replace.
    A young friend damaged mine with a rubber tipped stylus pen. I checked the pen and the aluminium tube holding the rubber tip had a very sharp edge, now sanded smooth.
  • No it is not a ipad which I also have with a protective screen but a touch screen laptop
