Fix to 2023 v2 Direct Debit version - not bad rates, loads cheaper than Octopus 12 month fixed loyalty tariff

    Electricity
    Unit rate22.36 p/kWh
    Standing charge24.38 p/day

    Gas Tariff
    Unit rate4.6 p/kWh
    Standing charge26.12 p/day

That's only for your postcode / area --- mine is 22.80p/kWh and 24.02p/day for electric on that same 1 year fixed tariff.  Their SVR is cheaper though ;)
It is 18 month tariff thus covers 2 winters + SVR is likely to go up loads on 1 April, however it appears to be a E.on Tariff with exit fees which has been offered to some E.on Next customers and put on E.on Next current tariff list
That's a pretty good tariff (for my region, only 1.7p/kWh above the cap for electricity, and 0.52p/kWh for gas, about £115/yr for the mythical average user), although I can't easily see what the exit fees are? If I was with E.ON Next and my fix was expiring soon I would be tempted by that, considering how high we expect the April cap to be.
And it casts doubt on the claim that there are no fixes currently on offer that will be lower than April's cap!

E.on Next answered message that I sent them "To answer your question, all of our tariffs currently have 0 exit fees"
