    You say you didn't realise it was an error, but that's largely besides the point.  It very obviously was an error and so by any reasonable measure you *should* have realised (a £20 off voucher giving you £450 off).   JL haven't breached their terms and conditions at all, they've cancelled an obviously erroneous order.

    Given that the glitchy code was shared online and lots of people were intentionally making use of the error, I imagine they didn't really have much time to write out nice explanatory emails to everyone who's order was cancelled.
  • A vouch shouldn’t take £20 off each item, it should take £20 off your WHOLE order.

    so if you spent £100 and used a £20 voucher, your order should be £80, nothing less than that. It was either a glitch or you entered it 10 times.
