How would the server know whether a card actually belongs to the person using it when we have contactless use up to £100 now?

They wouldn't but I'm not sure what you're getting at.TELLIT01 said:How would the server know whether a card actually belongs to the person using it when we have contactless use up to £100 now?0 -
The offence is selling to a minor
The minor has proffered the goods and the means to pay. The source of the means to pay is immaterial, the minor is carrying out the transaction. That has set the baseline.
The assistant should not change their mind because you take the card from the child and try to pay. The sale conditions were set at the start and it is the child attempting to buy.3
