So not even next to useless but below it. Get a 512 (at least) and swap it out.Update to 11 and get on with life. You probably have a lot of undeeded stuff but with your post of "what to get rid of" I would expect a why does my laptop no longer boot post very soon.If you feel able use the clean up tools and remove unneeded programs and anything you put there that you no longer require.0 -

When did you last empty the recycle bin? If you can't recall, do that first.
Then look at documents and settings for any large files you can do without. If you cannot delete anything, then you need to move at least something to external storage - get a USB stick, external drive, or similar, and move some stuff there, if only temporarily.
Then download WinDirStat, and run it to see what's eating the space up
What do you tend to keep? PDFs? Music? Pictures? Word docs? Spreadsheets?1 -
Thank you all. I managed move large files (biggest was photos) onto external drive and it worked.3

have you also gone to settings / system / storage and then storage sense to see what can be cleaned up. It might even show previous version of windows that can be deleted.1
