For context I ordered from SportsDirect by standard postage and it arrived 2 days later with my brother a week ago.0

Just a quick update. Sports direct have been in touch via email. They have kept me updated. Still no goods. I said I'm making a claim though Mastercard. They said they have a duty to deliver goods within 30 days. I cannot claim a refund if I go through chargeback.
My confirmation email from Sd did state next day delivery.0 -
