Errm, I didn't say to wait for 30 days if it had a delivery date specified., I said to wait until 30 days to chargeback if one was not specified. And I stand by that. A chargeback will fail if it hasn't been 30 days since purchase and a delivery date was not specified. And you don't get two bites of the cherry with chargebacks. The default for non deliver is 15 days from the date the payment debits the account. To do it sooner & it could be given the stated delivery date requires paperwork to prove the date of delivery. Which usually takes you over the 15 days anyway to be received & actioned.HeinzVarieties said:

Both companies are frustrating to deal with. Never again will I use a company that doesn't have a genuine contact number. Impossible to deal with. Both have live robot chat which is a waste of time. Neither respond to emails. I should have read the reviews of both companies online. It's exactly what I'm experiencing.

Just a quick update. Sports direct have been in touch via email. They have kept me updated. Still no goods. I said I'm making a claim though Mastercard. They said they have a duty to deliver goods within 30 days. I cannot claim a refund if I go through chargeback.
My confirmation email from Sd did state next day delivery.0 -
