Victoria Plum - charges for returns

I've ordered a new bathroom from Victoria Plum and there are a couple of items that need to go back. One of them was definitely the VP's fault - incorrect measurements on the website (I've taken a screenshot, don't worry). The other was mostly my fault. It seems they're charging me about £35 per item for the return. It does say they'll do that in the Ts and Cs but it's rather woolly about when the charge applies. Has anyone had any experience of this? I think it's a bit off when a) you're spending a fortune anyway, and b) there's no show rooms anywhere. I may well have to suck up one of the charges, but surely if the measurements are wrong that's their fault?
Thanks

I would certainly argue that there shouldn't be a charge for returning an item which wasn't as advertised.
