Earlier today I made some payments on my Virgin Money M Plus current account. I have just looked on my account and there are no transactions after 1st November.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have had this issue a few times recently. First time it was a faster payment which did not show. I left it a few hours in case there was a delay. When it still didn't show, I told the recipient that I would repeat the action, only to be told that they had received the money hours earlier. Since then I have had several cases of card payments not showing up and available balance not reducing for up to 3 days. I am also finding that I cannot make consecutive faster payments from the app unless I log out between each one. Not too impressed.2

They've closed the Yorkshire Bank app now as well, so we're forced to use this rubbish VM app 🤦♂️0

My account is not showing itemised DD for today but the balance is correct0

Just transferred funds thruogh my Yorshire Bank account using the online internet banking web site.(not any phone app)
Funds went in from the doner account and were transferred to my receiving account without any problems.0 -

Everything has now been updated online and on the app.1

I don't think it is entirely clear from what is written in the M Plus account terms shown above whether:-
(a) you can only open 1 Virgin Money M Plus current account in your own name from 18 Feb 2022 but you can still retain (an) M Plus current account(s) opened before this date
or (b) from 18 Feb 2022 you can only open 1 M Plus account in your own name but you can't even open 1 of them if you have (an) M Plus account(s) which was/were opened before 18 Feb 2022.
Any thoughts, please? Thanks in advance.0 -
Maybe it's not 100% clear, but I doubt they would have made the decision to allow existing people with accounts to open and keep another new account whilst making everyone else have a limit of one. So its option B for me.2
