    Who did you actually buy it from and how did you pay for it?

    Edited to add: when did the fault first appear? was the machine more than 6 months old then?
    If you want further help then you really need to answer those questions - they've not been asked just for the fun of it. 🙄

    And I'll add one of my own - have you informed the retailer at any point about the issue(s)?

    OP warranty from the manufacturer  and subject to any terms and conditions they decide upon .
    The law your Consumer Rights against the vendor and nothing to do with any manufacturers warranty .
