Anyone used Harts of Stur?

The prices on the site seem really good value so off the back of some of the comments on here, I've ordered a few Xmas presents from them. It saves me about £70 over the two presents, so :money:

I've used Harts of Stur a couple of times and they've priced matched. Once I noticed that the price had dropped a couple of days after I bought a mixer so I emailed them and said how happy I was with the service etc but it was really annoying to see the price drop. They contacted me and refunded the difference. They will be my first port of call in future.

Harts of Stur are one of my favourite stores. A visit is highly recommended, they have an awesome range of kitchen gadgets and supplied at highly competitive prices.

This is an amazing company. I had a kitchenaid for Xmas and it was faulty, no fault of stur and the after care service we received was brilliant. No quibble and so pleasant on emails, which were replied to quickly, and phone calls. Would highly recommend and they were the best deal.

I live 3 miles from Harts of Stur, it's a fantastic shop with excellent customer service. They also have the most amazing sales!
