    I recently received the following documents with a new Rewards Card:

    • A glossy flyer that mentions a 2.99%, minimum £2.99, fee for foreign transactions, but also says the fee might not apply if Barclaycard has offered a lower promotional fee.
    • A booklet titled "Terms and Conditions - Continued". Strangely it starts from paragraph 5. Para 13 refers to a non-sterling transaction fee.
    • Paragraphs 1 to 4 are on the back of the letter to which the new card was attached. Here you'll find the 0% transaction fee detailed.
    Barclays could make it so much easier by producing a set of terms specific to the reward account only.

    OP has copy/pasted the terms from the Barclaycard card page, not the rewards one, hence why they're different.
