Ryanair rip off

As above, OP was correctly denied boarding by Ryanair's handling agent due to inadmissability to the flight due to incorrect documentation.

The payment for the second flight was as a result of this, at a time OP was admissable for the flight.

I see no rip off here, the handling agent has acted completely correctly.

As someone who travelled a fair bit to Madrid last year for work - quite a lot of people turned up at Madrid having not completed the form - most of them managed to do it via their phones no probs - it was either that or not fly.
