Rapid PCR testing - Near Stansted/Essex

You're in same situation as many others (me included) - I land back into Birmingham late tonight and have an event on Sat eve. Currently the best I've found is the offsite arrivals testing which will give a 'guarantee' of being back by 22h the following day.

It seems until a few days ago they would guarantee x hours but Omicron testing adds a level of complexity

Only other solution someone came up with was privately at Excel London for events being held there where they'd set up a 3hr guarantee for attendees of the conference if they arrive between certain times - not sure on the public access though
