Rapid PCR testing - Near Stansted/Essex

We are due to go to Germany on Saturday this week, returning on Monday. My partner has to be back at work Tuesday morning, is there anywhere nearby that offers quick results with PCR testing. Collinson based at the airport offer a rapid test for departure, but on emailing them they do not offer this for arrivals (??!!). I assume we will need some sort of reference number on the PLF to prove we are doing a PCR?

Dam Health promise results back "within 24 hours", its probably near the best you are going to get.

She may have to book an extra days leave.

Some scheme the school did where-by the teachers worked later into the night to give them this specific Monday off.

Ah yes, sounds familiar.

I wouldnt give up yet, other people may have some suggestions. Would be helpful if you told us what time you land at.

We booked our outgoing PCR (for my children) with Collinson at their drive through testing center based in one of the Stansted car parks.  They also have a walk in the terminal.  Rapid PCR, 3 hours.  We got the results back in approx. one hour.  Wasn't the cheapest but I'd do it again as there's no worry while waiting 24hrs+ for the result.

Sorry just re-read your initial post.  Randox also have a testing center on site.  Haven't used them though.

Collinson website seems to suggest the rapid PCR is only for departures through, although I dont see why the test is any different.
