Got a letter from DRP asking for a certain amount from a parking charge notice that I never received. The registered keep isn't myself but I was driving the car, 3 days overdue with payment what am I to do?

Registered keeper is a family member who doesn't want the bother of all of this. Also is there a way to see if there is any more parking tickets you are being chased for ??0
