This looks very interesting! Effectively includes 'fuel' cost as well. 

Main family car is an EV. So we have a charge point at home.

As you are already an EV household, I would say ONTO is perfect.

They might have an age limit of 25 on the insurance though. Can't remember exactly.

You also have to factor in availability and delivery/pick-up fee of £50 each I think.

Is loaning a car from a local car dealer an option ? Maybe one that has been on his forecourt for a while.
