Another thing I’ve noticed is I’ll turn it on say 24c and it’s on but after an hour or so I’ll go check the thermostat and it’s on 14c like it’s turned itself off. No one has touched it. I’m so confused lol.
Not got any presets that it's reverting back to? E.g. my thermostat is set to 17 during the day, but if I'm home I'll override that to 20. As soon as it hits 20 it will let the temps drop back down to business as normal i.e. 17.

As Soot suggests, that's a 'programmable' thermostat and not just a control for temperature. In other words, it controls the TIMINGS for when the heating comes on, and the TEMPS it'll come on at.It'll come with at least one default setting, but you can tell it - program it - to do what you want it to do, too.For instance, you could program it to come on at, say, 6am at 20oC, then go down to 18oC at 8am, down further to 16oC at 10am (if no-one is in the house during the day, for example), back up to 20oC at 4pm, up a tweak to 21oC at 6pm, down to 14oC at 10pm for overnight until 6am next morn. That sort of stuff. So, if the set temp is changing without you doing anything, it does sound as Soot says - it's reverting to what it's currently programmed to do. 14oC is low, so that sounds like an overnight setting!Luna, you and hubs need to make a nice cuppa, and read the instruction booklet. Then write out on a piece of paper what temps you want for week days, and weekends, or even every day differently. Remove the Prog Stat from the wall so you can then program it in comfort.Oh, and 'enjoy'. Prog Stats are greeeaaat!0
