Unable to send Emails

I just tried to send a email but got a message saying it was unable to send the message .It came withe following message.
You no longer have a network connection to the server.Please check your connection and try again later.
Itried to send a email to wifw as well with the same result. Can anyone suggest what I meed to do.Thank's

I have gone into Google and have no problems getting into any site.0

The host email server may be down. Always worth a reboot of your router and PC.0

Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or corporate e-mail ?0

Do you usually use outlook app to check your emails?
Have you login in your account through the website and try to send a mail and check if you receive anything ?0
