Have all those data subjects agreed to have their names, addresses and phones numbers published online?
Just saying ......Jenni x1 -
Its a list of homeless provision in Manchester which is freely available info, its not as if he has posted a confidential list of refuge locations for domestic abuse victims is it?Jenni_D said:Have all those data subjects agreed to have their names, addresses and phones numbers published online?

No idea ... I'm just saying that posting actual personal data online on MSE is perhaps not the wisest approach to take. In fact it is a breach of MSE rules, regardless of whether it is freely available elsewhere.
Surely that's obvious? 🙄 Or are you just looking to provoke an argument?Jenni x2 -
Hi ya
The list is one of many lists I compile and publish across SM and all the Manchester homeless partnership of which all the services listed are members and also they share the lists with their service user's.
All information is sent to me after MCC and the partnership asked if I would put a list together after the 1st lock down of the services still open.
I also compile the most comprehensive and up to date list of Foodbanks & food pantries in all Greater Manchester. As of the 1st Oct. 2021#NeverMoreNeeded
ThanksSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.1 -

If you think its an issue, report his post and see how it is dealt with.1 -
That's fair enough, but I think it's still a breach of MSE forum rules.GT60 said:Hi ya

I merely raised the point so that people take care and think about what they're posting when asking for help.

Good to point out concerns @Jenni_D . Posters arenot always fully aware of slips.But...There is obviously a difference of opinion. Perhaps if you quote the part of the rules being breached that would clarify the matter?1

Loads of ways of using Excel, but I would be using a table. Click any of the cells with data, Insert, Table. Then you will always see sort and filter options on each column, and if you press TAB from the last record Excel will expand the table to allow you to add a new record.
