                    Hi,
I finally have received the expenditure form from HMRC. I also requested a SAR form as previously suggested but they didn’t send that to me. Is it something they will send out after receiving the expenditure form? Also as they have taken so long to reply to my letter money will have gone out of my wages today, is there any chance I will get that back. As it’s going to be really difficult with what I will have left.

I would have updated my other post but don’t know how I find it. TIA

Why are you asking them to send you the form? The link for the SAR has been posted on all of your previous threads. I'm assuming you didn't check those links because the SAR can be done online. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hmrc-subject-access-request#make-a-sar-to-hmrcIf you didn't check the link, it will be this that you need.Apply onlineYou can fill out the form and send it online or print it and send it to the postal address. Ask for information about: - your tax credits, Tax Free Childcare, 30 hours free childcare, Income Tax, Self Assessment, Child Benefit, VAT, customs and other records
- your employment record, including tax year, employer, earnings, National Insurance record and tax paid.

I have no idea whether you can claim back what they take from your earnings but i suspect not. This could have been avoided if you have filled out the SAR request online when it was first posted on your other threads.
