Three have decided to "cancel" my current plan - at their convenience

I have been a three customer for a number of years - primarily because of their free Roaming deal that I took use of. My SIM Only "contract" deal was up for renewal in July and the best option was to just allow it to carry on at the same rate. As I was on that deal before September 30th, I was assured that I would therefore keep my roaming deal because of Three's commitment to "If your plan started before 1 October 2021, you won’t be affected while you stay on that plan.". I have NOT changed my plan, I have no desire to change my plan. However Three have written to me to say "we can no longer offer this plan". This is, I feel, an underhand tactic to get out of their commitment (which is still on their website that "If your plan started before 1 October 2021, you won’t be affected while you stay on that plan."
Has anybody else got a similar letter. Does anybody else feel a bit cheated by this?

But how long that will last is uncertain now that EU regulations no longer apply to UK networks. As for inclusive roaming outside Europe, without paying extra no UK networks provide it, better to use a local SIM in a dual-SIM handset.Evolution, not revolution0

Three have been doing this for years, ever since they kicked people off the old OnePlan tariff.beepbeep_2 said:

If your contract started before 1 Oct 2021 then you could continue roaming with Three. However, your contract ended and you were on rolling contract - so basically no contract as you can quit Three any time.
Just move to a new network who is still providing roaming and port your number. Problem solved.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0
