Another Vueling struggle

My flight was cancelled on 1st October and I was sent a link asking if I would like a refund or credit, I selected refund.
I then received an email directing me to a 'chatbot' link to fill out my details. The link failed to work, with an error message upon completion.
Since then, I have spent over 3 hours on the phone speaking to their customer services reps. They keep telling me it is 'in process' but all that happens is that I get another 'chatbot' link a few weeks later which always results in an error.
I have asked to speak to a manager/supervisor but they always say they will get somebody to call me back (never happens) or that nobody is available.
Going by people contacting Twitter, the 'chatbot' link doesn't work and I am one of hundreds of people in the same situation, with some now waiting over a year.
What should my next step be?
