You are right, it's just 13 deposits in total. I got carried away.RG2015 said:
The terms state a maximum of £200 per calendar month and a fixed term of 1 year. I make that 13 months from November 2021 to November 2022.Daliah said:
I will make 13 deposits (plus the manual one I did today).ColdIron said:Any reason you are not setting up an SO for 01/11/22? As far as I can see you are only restricted to £200 per calendar month so 13 payments seems permitted
I do not believe that 13 deposits plus the manual one today (ie 14 deposits) would be allowed.1 -
Lol good old brits rushing around for a measly 24 pound a year interest extra.
I’ll save myself the hassle and just pass on this0 -
Am I right in thinking I could open this today and make a payment, then have a standing order set up for the 1st of the month from December, the last payment being the 1st November 22.0

For less than an hour's work over the course of the year? That's quite a high hourly rate. Probably about the same amount of time you've spent reading and replying to this thread.JP2019 said:Lol good old brits rushing around for a measly 24 pound a year interest extra.

Multiplied by the number of accounts with different providers people have.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?2 -
Would it be worth it for £240 a year?JP2019 said:Lol good old brits rushing around for a measly 24 pound a year interest extra.
I’ll save myself the hassle and just pass on thisWhat if this is my tenth savings account and I now have £240 a year, is it worth it then?
When would you open a savings account?2 -
As per others on here I was unable to set up a standing order from my external to Nationwide hub account for this Regular Saver yesterday, but doing it five minutes ago it now works as expected.I've no idea whether this is because it takes Nationwide an overnight run to make newly opened Regular Saver accounts available or because of a glitch in a system, but thought I'd let anyone interested know.6

That`s the point of a "Savings and Investments" forum. To get the best returns. My family of 5 will benefit = £120 interest.
