I know Amazon state that they only refund on unopened packages unless the item is faulty etc but has anyone ever got a refund from them for something that basically failed to live up to its expectations?

Where do I stand on getting a refund for something that is basically rubbish?

Thanks for this just bought a gloe bear, doctor who battle pack and sonic screwdriver torch - saved big time (oh hold on I wouldn't have spent it if I hadn't seen this!) Damn - now I've seen the Idog and I want that as well - this site is costing me a fortune.

Can you cancel the order and start again?
There are a few bits that are in the 342. I also got a doctor who toothbrush that was 2.00 and a wtp bath toy 2.50
