Morning all. I've lurked here for ages, but had to register to say thanks for the information on this thread regarding price drop guarantee, which I used last night to get a refund of £5.07 after Amazon dropped the price of the Bratz Movie Maker.:T Which I'd also originally ordered when I read about it on here.

Really is an excellent site, this! :)

I have just registered with these..very easy, and in the process noticed the Cella Puzzle Maker I paid £14.99 for has dropped again this time from £11.24 to £10.53, so have emailed to see if they will refund again. :rotfl:

    They will.......
Apparently you can claim once a day if it drops that often :T

Should I wait for my order to be dispatched before requesting the refund or do it straight away. Don't suppose it makes much difference but don't want to mess it up.

I emailed them yesterday and this was part of the email they sent:

We will be glad to issue a refund of these additional charges. To
ensure that we refund the appropriate amount, we ask that you wait
until the entire order has been dispatched.

When you have received our e-mail confirming that your order has
been dispatched, please contact us again using the following link:
  • Just found a post on page 2 that answered my question re how to claim a refund. Thanks given.

My DD has got the gloe bear and it's realy cute. You squeeze it's paw and then it lights up alternating between about 7 colours. My dd loves it and it switches itself off after about 10 minutes.

DO you think it's maybe for like babies and toddlers? Wee para loves cuddly toys but she's five, and perhaps a bit old for this now...

My DD (8) wouldn't be parted from her gloe bear - it even went to brownie camp with her!! I also find it fantastic for helping to soothe her if she has night terrors.

What is it with these bears? My seven year old loves hers and 'teddy' goes nearly everywhere with her. He is now a bit smelly, very dirty and looking worse for wear but she won't let anyone near it.
