From looking at Google it does indeed seem like a place of repair - so they're unlikely to pay out. 
Insurance is very 'black and white' - if it specifically excludes cars at a place of repair already, you're unlikely to win this one.

I will have to do that next time. One of the main reasons I pulled into the car show and not leave the car on the roadside is because its the main road to the hospital and all of the ambulance come down that road it would have cause a big traffic jam.
