There is no magic bullet for this , do not expect to get it cancelled unless a complaint to the landowner works ( plan A )

You should assume that a Court claim will arrive within 6 years , and plan accordingly
  • I’ve read the forums and looked at schedule 3 of the ipc I think it gives me the option to say they should of posted the PCN sooner. With a newborn baby it’s a bit hard so any direction is really appreciated!

The claimant has 6 months to obtain keeper data and one extra month to get the PCN invoice to the keeper , so 7 months

A driver is always liable , if admitted or proven
  • So I really can only dispute the excessive admin costs, the ‘delay’ isn’t really a delay in respect of them posting out the PCN’s. Thank you

No, that's not all you can dispute and I didn't say to look at the IPC CoP for info about when a NTK can be posted.  I didn't mean that.

Maybe the bit I was thinking about (ANPR as opposed to non ANPR) isn't in it any more? Were you reading the right thing in the right version for your date of parking?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
