Easyjet disruption vouchers from a 2020 booking

I cannot get a response regarding the disruption vouchers i was promised i asked for them 2 months ago filled in the required forms but no reply - EasyJet customer service say its handed by a 3rd party but what can you do when you cannot get a response for the 3rd part customer service
