OK so did you suggest that? They have to cancel if it's a minor keying error (see BPA CoP) but you may have to raise it as a possibility at appeal to make them search for it.schoolrunmum said:I did buy a ticket, and have bank statement showing so.. Just to update you- I dug around on the net and found an email address for the CEO of the company that operates the station. I emailed her and had a response from an underling, who asked for a copy of the PCN, and proof of my payment for parking. A day or so later, I had another email saying they had instructed APCOA to cancel the PCN...result!Debt-free...and staying that way...3
