This post may help someone so I thought it was worth posting as it can be a major headache getting your Vodafone phone unlocked. I have recently unlocked my Samsung smart phone that was locked to the vodafone network. I waited a few days for Vodafone to email me the Network Unlock Code and it didn't work. I contacted Vodafone again to notify them about this. They told me they would need to contact Samsung again and get the Master Unlock Code. So if you get the NUC and it doesn't work insist that they email you the MUC.
