We completed on Xmas eve once only to have the entire gas installation condemned when the gas man came in later that day to give it a service. We were hosting family the next day as well.1

broadband seems to take 10 days whatever and can only order it after exchanging contracts. I used a mobile wifi router for the first few weeks after last weeks and it has been handed around the family following other moves1

It all turned out fine in the end. We've always been completely unpacked a few hours after getting the keys and we managed to get a cooker delivered and installed that day from the local Euronics.emmajones1976 said:
