Asda mobile - can’t send MMS?

Anyone have this issue? It works ok on iMessage / WhatsApp and Messenger as they use mobile data.

However trying to send via normal green text message fails every time. I have reset network settings but nothing works.

    Probably a silly question, but do you have a credit balance on your account? MMS on Asda Mobile are 25p each to send.

    @Risco you mentioned iMessage, so are you using iPhone? This is from ASDA help pages about MMS settings:

    - Call us on 2732 from your Asda Mobile or 0800 079 2732 from any other phone (free of charge).

    Joined Asda mobile after March 2021
