Good afternoon,
Nelski so pleased that you are home and enjoying some of your tasty food
Hester Happy Birthday, I hope the weather is dry and that you were able to go out to breakfast.
Scarlet thank you for the new thread.
Dumpling pleased to read that the virus is not as bad as it might be.
Hugs and spoons to all reading.
Dear Dog and I both have poorly tums, not too worried about mine, but we are very concerned about the girly, 14 months since she was very poorly and diagnosed with a liver tumour, with treatment she has been amazingly well, a surprise to us and vets, but it seems it might have started to grow again. Action plan to be decided upon with vet tomorrow, whatever, it will be what is best for her.
Sunny and bright, but oh so cold need to wrap up well and try and do a little in the garden, OH has been co-opted to empty some tubs and help me re-fill and plant bulbs, trouble is I can only manage about 20 minutes before the hands force me tp give up.
Take care all.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)9 -

Had a rather stressful time. Little one was coughing Friday night/Saturday morning so DD took her over to our little hospital after lunch yesterday and then was sent back down to the RVI in Newcastle. She stopped breathing about 10 minutes from Newcastle, DD had to just stop on A1 and phone police and an ambulance - luckily the police were 2 minutes and ambulance just about 5 minutes. Little one was screaming with the lights and noise as it was dark outside. The police had closed the road so the ambulance could pull in next to DDs car. By then little one was hysterical so one of the paramedics had got in the car and DD followed the ambulance. Doctors have said she's getting too many chest infections so now she's on permanent antibiotics till she gets an appointment with respiratory consultant. Could also have sleep apnoea, which she had when she was tiny, or might be something to do with her chronic lung disease. We came very close to losing her.
They came home this morning and little one came running in to my mams with a huge smile - 'I'm back again!' She was going from me, my mam and my dad having cuddles and kisses. She's now asleep upstairs here while DD has a rest at home. She'll come up for tea and take her home.
Better go as I can hear her stirring x12 -
Hester - Happy Birthday.
dp1 - Poor little one - hope Doctors can help.
Been to Church - it was Corps anniversary. We stayed after the quiz last night to help with preparations for the service. I was making flags for cupcakes and then sticking book plates into new Bibles. Then I wrapped up items which formed the talk of the service. Attach photos of decorated Church.
