Hi Team just to make you aware that a number of us, I know about 6 people, have had the voucher declined for the Santander offer you show on the site and I think the emails.  Initially the company said we had not met the T&C then when we complained we were told it did not track.  As we all know with these cash back deals and the T&C we did clear cookies and yet the company says they did not track.  Further replies to their messages got us no response. 

Poor showing by the company and I would suggest more details on MSE especially as the site says only if accepted which suggests that it’s guaranteed.  

“If accepted, you'll be sent an email with a claim link after 30 days. This is only valid for a further 30 days – so don't forget.”
