Jewellery not quite as described.

Hi Everyone.

My wife purchased a bracelet online from a chain store here in the UK, which was supposed to be just a 9ct Yellow and White Gold thing. Not much but still over £100. It's been 35 days since the invoice date and we've noticed that it doesn't seem to be all gold, but rather gold plated. Do we have a case for a refund under the trade descriptions act at all as their refund policy is 14 days? I'm taking the bracelet up to a local Jewellers to check it is wrong.

Thank in advance.
