im out of contract on my mobile, so its a rolling contract
do i have to give notice to my mobile co i am wanting to move or can i just go ahead and do it without giving them notice as the pac code will be activated
ive tried calling the company but give up after 10 mins on hold
i dont want to be getting hit with a default in 6 months down the line for none payment

using the PAC will cancel your contract1

What @ballyblack said. Don't cancel any direct debit you may have with the current company, you'll be refunded for any part of the month you have prepaid.1

cheers for the advice all, i called the mobile co up (EE), and offered me exactly what i wanted, the new 12mths contract is not for general sale just for retentions1
