I haven't had time to read the whole counterclaim but you can't just copy it without editing, e.g the above is entirely wrong because they are not 'pursuing the wrong person' nor did the landowner client tell them to cancel it, in your case.

Ask your daughter to read it all and please do the same, sentence by sentence.  Both of you need to read it.  Take an hour over getting it right.  It will be obvious what to remove or change.

Make sure she knows to strike through the first defence.

Your son's statement of truth is WRONG.  You are not filling in a form.  Copy the statement of truth from the template defence.

Daughter can add an electronic signature style as your son's signature if he's happy with that.

Also I changed took out some other bits... 
I will change the statement of truth now and repost...
The 1st defence has been striked though also...

Whatever you do, DON'T miss the deadline.

As your daughter is submitting it by email, she needs to write as him (the Defendant) NOT IN HER NAME ON HIS BEHALF and needs to take time to double check the email address of the local court and the solicitors.

Aim to do this by 3.30 latest in case of last minute issues.

I just about made the deadline 3.45
I was trying to email it from my phone after making more changes and taking out bits...
Then it was just sitting in my out box saying uploading.  I panicked because of the deadline,  I emailed it to my daughter to try and hers went though... I really don't know why I was able to send it to her and not the court and solicitor....
Bad news is....
My last edited document that I did save wasn't the one that got emailed.. I've really been struggling all day with it. The document kept changing back when I was saving it...
So part you quoted about the land owner was on it 😳 I'm so annoyed because I did take it out. I didn't understand what it memt tbh...
The fees bit stayed removed and the statement of truth went back to the original draft.... 
So all in all we will just have to wait and see what happens....

I'm in no means good at law or computers and documents...

Ps we got automated replies from the court and solicitors so it's definitely sent..

Omg I've just got automated emails back from the court with the correct document changed but time at 17.07 
I can't understand why it so long to send... nearly 3hrs... now that's going to draw attention to the bits that wasn't ment to be there 😑

What do you mean 'nearly 3hrs'?
It's under two hours since you filed your Defence.

Anyway, you have nothing to worry about. Your Defence was filed in time.

Sorry I'm being confusing 😕  it's been a long day.
So I originally tried to email it at 3.25 but I got uploading...and it wasn't sending... so that's when I emailed it to my daughter to send for me... so it's been sent twice once at 3.45 and again at 17.07 
But there are a few changes in documents that have been sent..
But yes your right nearly 2 hrs not 3 as I said its been a long day 😅
