That is not a defence per se; you will need to construct a very well-worded witness statement to try to recover the situation.  In fact, as I suspected, that is more like a witness statement.  What you need to do is prepare for your witness statement and evidence stage by taking some photos of the car park, entry, exit and signs (or lack of signs).

But that's answered in the template defence thread.  Did you use our template defence?
No I didn't I just stated what happened as defence.
Can you post your defence here...
    I suggested that yesterday.
I saw that you had only after I had hit the "POST" button!

Those legal questions are for a judge to answer , not us

As for the DQ n180 stage , Coupon mad told you to read and follow the 12 numbered steps in her Defence template post in announcements , top of the forum ( if the DQ came from the CCBC in Northampton )

It will be fine in your case; a double visit situation isn't a breach and they can't win unless you slip up on any Court Orders or Directions/deadlines.

Get them to cancel early by contacting them with an ultimatum of a deadline to get stuffed, as I suggested before.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
