Sorry I'm confusing the dates - he left in February after 6 months on a PGCE placement! So they would only have had three months to apply the amount to the BG bills.

Probably too soon for BG's archaic systems to have incorporated the Neon Reef amounts.
Unfortunately the Neon Reef portal is no longer available so he can't now look for his final NR bill. The amounts owing weren't clearly detailed as from NR, within the BG accounts - they just showed up on my account as "miscellaneous document" on 1st April, but agreed with the NR statement from 13th December.
POSSIBLY, the administrators of NR might be able to issue a final statement but they won't be minded to do so ,as they have passed the liabilities to BG.
