I have received two letters...
You knew that was going to happen, didn't you?
Item 7 on that checklist you were following states...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list tell you what to do next.1 -

I hope you didn't fill out the DQ sent by the claimant!
You must use one supplied by the court or download it and use that.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

I do want to check one thing though, as stated in the checklist I can email the completed DQ to the claimant. The email I have is on the DQ provided by the claimant, should I use that or should I search for another one? Also, in addition to emailing the DQ to the claimant should/can I post a copy or would that be unnecessary?
Thank you, much appreciated0 -
Good. I asked because you showed us the claimant's DQ that stated they wanted the case heard in their local court, and I was worried you might have disadvantaged yourself.
Use the email address provided to you by the claimant, especially if the claimant has used it to send anything to you previously. If you have two email addresses for them then send it to both. Obviously send it to the court as well, and also to yourself. That way if the claimant says they never received it you can say the court received it and it arrived back in your inbox as well, so on the balance of probabilities the claimant would have received it.
It's up to you if you want to post it as well, but that would need to be done from a Post Office counter, sent first class, and you would ensure that you received and kept safe the all important proof of sending from the PO.I married my cousin.
