Do I have to spell this out any more! I phoned Santander's customer service line, the number on the back of my card. Went through the inquisition, was transferred to the security team - I wasn't given a number by a random person. At the end of my chat with the security team I remonstrated at the length of time these sort-outs took. As a favour and out of sympathy I suppose, I was given the direct number (that I was on) for the security team so that I could go direct next time. It was ONE phone call.
I rest my case and I'm not responding again.0 -

If you start calling with the number on the back of the card you have to go through the inquisition with them and when you are eventually transferred to the security team you have to go through it all over again. No thanks, did that too many times.PRAISETHESUN said:Rather than relying on a phone number some random person on the internet has given you, I'd call the number on the back of your card or one you've check yourself is published on the official Santander website...
